G e n e a l o g y
¾ of my genes are rooted in Trøndelag, and mainly in Innherred. Three
of my grandparents have their roots around the Trondheimsfjord. My maternal
grandmothers ancestors lived in Oslo/Aker, and part of them – back in time –
down in Østfold.
I’m a member of Slekt og Data, Norways by far largest genealogical society, with more than 10.000 members. SoD Nord-Trøndelag
have local branches in Namsos, Steinkjer, Levanger and Stjørdal. To see
when we meet, you can take a look at the event calendar.
I use the program ”Family Tree Maker 2006 (norwegian version)”
to keep track of my ancestors. Ok program, easy to use and well
arranged.
